Located in the heart of Lessay , a pretty village in Manche in Normandy , this modern house includes 3 bedrooms , a large open-plan kitchen / dining room and a separate living room. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower / WC. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with 2 single beds, to accommodate friends or children. Outside, a private terrace with barbecue and swing is at the back of the house as well as a fenced plot of 2000m2 at the front which will delight young and old.

On the ground floor, enjoy the large comfortable living room including a large open and modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker ...), a beautiful lounge where you can come and enjoy the TV with the family on the large leather sofas or dance to the sound of the HiFi system . Many board games are available, and if you prefer outside, enjoy the sun on the deckchairs or the swing for the youngest while you prepare a delicious meal using the barbecue which will delight your evenings. 'summer !

THE ROOMS
In your new home , have 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor equipped with dressing room and storage. One of them has 2 easily modular single beds.
